CURRENTLY TAKING A BREAK!

I’m sorry to say that I am now fully retired and taking a break from photography. I have made the decision to fully close down for a while as I focus on my other love… film! I may be back again, maybe with a change of style, I’m just so unsure at this stage 🙂

Natural Newborn Photography & Cake Smash Sessions in Perth $450 inc 10 fully retouched, digital images

Since retiring from full time studio photography, I have decided that those little newborn babies are just too cute to pass up! I’ve been umming and aahing over what types of sessions I want to offer (and yes, have even changed my mind multiple times). I have come to the conclusion that the natural unposed baby sessions is going to be it. I am now doing very limited newborn sessions in my family home in a temporary mini studio set up. I have chosen to focus on the more natural, timeless look. in whites and neutrals as seen in the images below.. A few simple photos of baby and siblings and family can be included

These sessions are much shorter and stress free, taking only approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Shorter sessions work best for me and my family’s schedule

I follow a simple, specific workflow to keep things running smooth and to give you a lovely variety of natural, baby-led images. I do wrapped and unwrapped baby whether they are awake or asleep, no longer spend time trying to get baby to sleep and follow my own workflow that works best to give you a good variety of images in such a short amount of time.

Best for tired families who want a shorter newborn experience, and who want some simple, professional photos of baby in high quality that’s suitable for blowing up to large wall print sizes.

I’ve significantly downsized my colours and props, and most setups you see on my website/social media are no longer available but I’ve held on to some of my favourite whites, creams and neutrals. The only props I use are my white donut prop and a Moses basket.

As I am technically retired, I’m keeping things simple, slow and enjoyable. I won’t be taking on additional requests, specific poses or custom setups, but promise to give you beautiful, thoughtful images within this streamlined and natural, candid style xx
