This portrait agreement ensures that you know up front what to expect so it is important that you read it thoroughly
Linda Hewell Photography’s Agreement for Portrait Photography Sessions:
I have read, understood and agree with the following conditions:
A payment of a $50 deposit confirms our booking for a photography session. My session will be tentatively held for 48 hours after receiving the online booking form. If, after 48 hours I do not respond or settle the booking fee within this timeframe, my session may be given to another booking.
I understand sessions may be rescheduled in the event of illness or unsuitable weather.
I agree to pay the remaining balance of my selected package prior to or on the day of my session.
I understand that the standard turn around for processed images and digital images available to view online is approximately 7 days after the session date. This may occasionally be extended due to seasonal demand.
I am aware that copyright remains with Linda Hewell Photography and my images may appear on the photographers’ portfolio, online or in print form unless otherwise specified. I acknowledge though that I do have the right to request that certain or no images taken from my session be used in any form, and this will be expressed in writing via email within 5 days of viewing my gallery.
I understand that full usage and reprinting of images is permitted upon full payment to Linda Hewell Photography.
I agree that all images supplied cannot be used for any commercial purpose and are strictly for personal use only.
