Location Maternity Photography
I met this lovely couple before young Mister M was born for their first studio maternity session. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Mister M as a tiny 10 day old newborn. Now just a little over one year later, his little baby brother is set to make his entrance into the world. The couple was looking for something different this time around, foregoing the studio session for a combined maternity and family photo session. It was probably for the best because this little fellow was just so active, he didn’t walk, he ran! And I loved every second of chasing his happy little self. He provided me plenty of gorgeous photo opportunities, what a cutie! Now I am looking forward to meeting his baby brother due very soon.
I prefer to do all my outdoor location sessions either first thing in the morning, or later in the evening when the sun is not so high in the sky. This provides beautiful lighting conditions. As summer approaches the sun will be setting much later in the day and is quite often right before little ones bed time. I understand a lot of small children can get a little grumpy at this time as well. Usually however, the excitement of going somewhere away from home tends to make them forget all their troubles and they get that second burst of energy. But for all you early morning risers, a morning session is perfect when young ones are feeling fresh and eager to start the day.
Up until the end of November 2018 I am offering Holiday Mini Sessions. These are 20 to 30 minute location sessions for $175 including 20 to 30 plus high resolution digital images available by digital download.
